We write this with immense happiness. We Muzzed in July 2018 and Alhumdulillah 6 months later our Nikah took place in January &nbsp;2019. 

&gt; We never thought it would be this quick!

We can't thank you guys enough. Muzz will always have a special place in our hearts. &nbsp;

We're both originally from Bombay, India but I had moved to Dubai in 2006 and he had moved to London in 2005. &nbsp; &nbsp; 

I was on &amp; off on Muzz after being disappointed by a couple of other matrimonial sites.

So when he first sent me a message I had already deleted the app (once again). I reinstalled it after a week and found 3 new messages in my inbox and his message was right on top. It was the most interesting conversation I had! For the next 2 days it was a series of questions to each other. And guess what. 

During these chats we got to know that he lives just across the street from my building in Bombay. 

We had the same common friends but NEVER met each other in all these years and here we met on Muzz. Can you believe it? &nbsp; &nbsp; 

Since we were in different countries at the time, we video chatted for a month and finally met each other in Bombay while on vacation and we deleted our profiles from Muzz right after our first meeting.

We got married within 6 months from the day we first chatted. Something I never imagined doing. So many people asked us how we met, and they couldn't believe it was online on an app and just a few months ago. We told them the app is called Muzz, and I know for sure all of them have registered on it. &nbsp;

You know it was like Allah planned all this out so thoughtfully, It was meant to be.

My name is Yasmeen and I found my husband, Taymoor, on Muzz on the last day of last ramadan. We were both divorced.

The first time we talked on Muzz was in June and we got married one month later in August 2018. I always wanted to send our story to inspire others who are searching for a good husband and wife. &nbsp;

We are both Egyptians, from Cairo, we even work &amp; live very near to each others in New Cairo city. I am a digital marketing manager and Taymoor is an IT manager. I am 37 years old and he is 40. &nbsp;

I have a daughter who is 12 years old, and I was searching for a real Muslim man who would be a good husband and father. Finally I found Taymoor, who is a good man and a good Muslim, he is very kind. 

I am telling my friends that I found someone who really looks like me from the inside. &nbsp;He was divorced and also has a kid, who is 5 years old. When we first chatted on Muzz we spoke for over 6 hours, he was surprised much we got on, he even thought that this was a prank!

I couldn't believe that I finally found the man I was looking for. The first time we met, was after Eid al futr, in the House of Cocoa, as Taymoor knew that I loved chocolate. We talked about ourselves for over six hours, I did not want to leave and neither did he. 

After we met I told my family and friends, and he did too. He and his family visited us and we got married in only two months, I never imagined that I would find my soulmate and marry him that fast. 

I always wanted to find a man to trust and love, after being a single mom for years, I found out that my dream man was hard to find, but alhamdullah I found him on your app. &nbsp;

Alhamdullah, we are very happy together, my daughter lives with us and his son visits us on the weekends. You cannot imagine how much I am now recommending Muzz to all my friends.

It didn't even take me long to find my husband. I used the app for almost one month or less.

My name is Halima and I'm from Gauteng, South Africa and my husband (Arshad) is from Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa; we are both South African Indians. 

He liked my profile on Muzz on the 8th of April 2018 and on the 9th we started chatting and Alhamdulillah, today we are husband and wife. 

About a month before I joined Muzz I remember speaking to my mother in the kitchen as we cooked supper and she had full confidence that I'd be getting married soon.

I told her that I felt that maybe I'm just not meant to get married and be happy, taking into consideration that I personally felt like one could never find a decent man whose intention is to make Nikah in this day and age. 

My Moulana had recommended that I join Nikah/Muslim match-making groups and Muzz populated amongst my searches, so I downloaded the app and registered. After a while I had lost hope so I deleted the app from my phone but did not deactivate my profile.

It was a Monday morning, I had woken up to get ready for work, 

&gt; I checked my phone and I had an email notification from Muzz which read "Arshad likes you".

I was quite surprised; I looked at his profile and his biography was quite captivating but it seemed so surreal - this was too good to be true. 

I used the link in his bio to view his Facebook profile, we had a mutual friend which was my cousin that also resides in Kwa-Zulu Natal, so I felt a bit more assured that this is definitely real considering that I had started to think that this could potentially be a catfish. 

We started chatting that very morning and there was an instant click. It felt like we were long lost friends because of how well we understood each other and could complete each others sentences. We had the same interests and the same intention; we could speak for hours on end without running out of things to say. 

&gt; We had realized that we are most definitely soulmates. 

Within 2 weeks he called my parents to ask for my hand in marriage. In July 2018 (21st), I booked a flight to visit him and his mum for the day and after spending time together we knew that this was the right decision and that Allah SWT had created us for each other. 

We then saw each other once again in August 2018 (25th - A surprise for my 21st birthday planned by him and my mum); and again in November 2018 when he flew up to attend my younger sister's wedding with his mum, younger sister and brother-in-law. 

Slowly the long distance had become difficult, our younger sisters were both already married and settled and we started wondering when would we actually get married. In February this year he decided to relocate to Gauteng and found a temporary job.

His dad visited my parents and they decided to set a Nikah date, Alhamdulillah once the date was set everything fell into place by the will of Allah. He found a job as a PC Engineering lecturer and we were able to find our own place with our parents help and support. 

&gt; Today I am happily married, living my dream with my husband and I have wonderful in-laws that love me as much as they love Arshad.

The most important quality I wanted in a husband was someone that could take my family as his own and Alhamdulillah I found that in Arshad. 

We are now a huge happy family Alhamdulillah.

Jazak'Allah Muzz! Arshad has found me due to the creation of this wonderful app (He always says that he found me, not the other way around).

My name is Ayah and I met my husband Rasheed on Muzz. He has 4 children and I have 3. He is a highway crew chief for the city and I'm the assistant director of a childcare center. We actually grew up in the same neighborhood just blocks from one another, but we'd never seen each other before I found him on Muzz. &nbsp;

I came across his profile and normally I would automatically pass on the ones with the blurred photos but I read his and loved what he had written. 

When we matched and I saw his photos. I thought he was attractive and after exchanging a few messages we learned that we shared the same values, priorities, and interests. 

We began to text one another, which soon led to us talking on the phone. We talked on the phone daily for the next 4 months. We spoke very candidly and got to know one another thoroughly. I was amazed how we could talk for hours upon hours. Sometimes it seemed like we'd be talking all day. &nbsp; 

I inquired about Rasheed and everyone I talked to spoke very highly of him and confirmed what I could already see - that he was a great father, hard-working, and someone who placed the utmost importance on the deen and his relationship with Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.

Finally, after talking for 4 months, we agreed to meet. We met for lunch with his best friend and his sister, and once I met him in person I was sure I wanted to marry him. 

We continued meeting up every weekend while planning our nikkah, walimah, and future. We would go to the masjid, breakfast, lunch and the Sixers games. We'd take the kids to the playground and for pizza. I loved spending time with him and couldn't wait to become his wife! &nbsp; 

We got married this past Ramadan and it was wonderful. He has a huge family and I have a small one so most of the people there were from his side but they embraced me and my kids immediately and made us feel welcome. 

We had an amazing first Ramadan and Eid together. I love our big blended family and I'm so happy I found him on Muzz! JazakumAllahu khair!

As salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahhi wa barakatuhu.

&gt; "Remember me and I will remember you", Allah says in the Quran 2:152

And I remembered my rabb in every salah and in every sujood for a practicing spouse. Allah remembered me. &nbsp;Marriage is a very big decision and even bigger responsibility. It wasn't easy at all to make a choice not knowing if the person is trust worthy or not. But when you put your trust in Allah and sincerely ask, he listens. Trust me he does. &nbsp;

Last Shaban 2018, I did my very first Umrah. During every tawaf I cried looking at the kaabah making dua for Allah azawajal to help me and bless me with a practicing spouse with whom I shall grow in the deen and get closer to Allah. &nbsp;

A few years back in 2015 he did his Hajj. He cried facing the kaabah asking Allah to grant him a God fearing wife and pious children. It all started on Ramadan 2018 with a swipe right on Muzz. We matched and everything felt like it was falling in place, it felt right. Trying to keep things halal, we took less time to include our parents although we were very much worried about the distance, us being states apart. I was from Chennai, India and he lives in Mumbai. Nonetheless, it worked. Alhamdulillah. 

Allah gave us a lot more than we asked for in each other. Our marriage is a proof that Allah is most merciful and accepts sincere duas. He, almighty exists without doubt and he answers at the right time. &nbsp;

&gt; We cried in front of the kaabah at one time without knowing that we were asking for each other.&nbsp;

After matching on Muzz, we cried almost everyday in sujoods and in our duas for us to happen. 

Everything went so perfectly and the families said Yes! On 26th December 2018, with the pleasure of Allah, Zoheb Ahmed Qazi and I, Arshiya Anjum, both implemented a great Sunnah of fulfilling Half of our Deen as Man and Wife. Alhamdulillah. &nbsp;Jazakhallahu khairn team Muzz for being a big part of our blessed life.

Salaam! &nbsp;I wanted to take some time to give an update on how things have gone after meeting some one on Muzz. &nbsp;It was only a few months ago but things progressed quickly and smoothly! 

Alhamdulillah, &nbsp;while he was quite far from me, we scheduled a time for him to come in order to meet in person. We both had a great understanding of each other and after coming to the conclusion that we would be best for one another, not long after, we went to our local mosque and the nikah was done.

He has moved from Minnesota to be here with me in Utah and we have big things coming that we plan on accomplishing together insha’allah! &nbsp;

Alhamdulillah, we have been married for a little over a month now and I couldn’t be happier! He is so supportive and encouraging, caring and loving, hardworking and talented. &nbsp;

He also truly fears Allah and this is most important. I believe this is what makes him such a remarkable person because he really lives by what the prophet taught. &nbsp;

I wanted to thank Muzz because if it wasn't for the app, I would never have met my husband who was living states away! &nbsp;

I grew up in a small town in the Midwest and never really met anyone I felt I connected with growing up. A few years out of college, I was convinced I had met every possible suitor I could in my town and would never find a spouse there so I decided to move to the Big Apple for work and try my luck at meeting someone there. 

I joined apps like Minder and Coffee Meets Bagel and met a lot of people through those apps, but nothing seemed to ever really feel right or workout. I was on and off the apps for about a year and was getting incredibly frustrated and convinced I would never meet anyone of quality through an app. &nbsp; 

Then, last Fall I downloaded Muzz as a last effort. After a couple weeks and a few bad experiences, I deleted the app and decided to take a break. But a few weeks later I decided to give it one more shot and downloaded Muzz again and matched with someone from the state I grew up in that same night, the same state that I was convinced I had met everyone I could possibly meet! 

He grew up in a town just outside of the one I grew up in and we went to different universities but turns out, we knew so many of the same people, and even knew of each other’s families, yet never knew each other existed. 

&gt; We hit it off almost right away.&nbsp;

We talked every single day after that via FaceTime and were able to meet in person 6 weeks later when I went back to my hometown for a visit. &nbsp; 

We were adamant that we took things very seriously and neither of us wanted to waste our time. We were both on exactly the same page in what we wanted out of a spouse and it truly felt like fate. 

Every decision between us was so easy and seamless. Our family and friends got along right away and there were almost no road bumps alhamdulillah. 

&gt; People used to tell me that if something comes to you easily, it is meant to be yours and I truly believe that now.&nbsp;&nbsp;

We’ve had our nikkah since then and will have our official wedding celebrations in a few months, just a few weeks shy of our 1 year anniversary. &nbsp;I tell this story to others because I want them to know that it is possible to meet someone of quality on an app and that they key is not to let the bad experiences discourage you. 

If I had never decided to give the app another shot, I would never have met my husband and I thank the Muzz team for that! &nbsp;

We’re both from Birmingham. We were both on Muzz for a few months and we were messaging on and off with really delayed responses from both sides! 

We both deleted our accounts in Ramadan in 2016 and went back on after and started messaging again until he said its time to meet! 

So it took us 3 months until we finally met in person. We hit it off straight away like we knew each other for ages and remained friends first for a few months. 

Funny thing is we went to the same gym and live in the same area but never bumped into each other! &nbsp; 

Neither of us had the courage to say how we really felt until 7 months later when I made the first move! I told him I liked him and then we told our families. &nbsp;

We’re from different backgrounds, I’m Mauritian and he’s Pakistani so I was worried about being accepted but it has all worked out and his family are lovely and welcoming.

We got married in July 2018 and flew out to Istanbul the day after!

Maheer joined Muzz in 2019 after her friends assured her it wouldn't take long to find her match.  

Ashar wasn't far behind and also joined Muzz in 2019. It didn't take long for the two to connect and fall in love.

"Overall, the 'Muzz' app is really cool because it lets you interact with people all across the planet who share the same faith as you,” Ashar mentions. “It gives you a wide variety of cultures and gives you a chance to talk and mingle with people you would probably never meet otherwise."

Ashar comes from a similar culture where dating is not common. In Pakistan, courtship is very traditional; however, he believes that as time has evolved, things have changed. Like Maheer, his family also allowed him to search for his soulmate.

Maheer was slightly tense for their first meeting but was also incredibly excited.

"The first time I met Ashar I was very nervous… I couldn't feel my hands'," she reveals.

Because Ashar knew he had met someone extraordinary, he had every intention of making their first meeting memorable. That’s why when he first met Maheer, he brought a special treat that she wouldn’t be able to pass on.

"He was very sweet. He came with Biryani and at that point, I just knew he was the one."

Marriage has taught Ashar many things. It has taught him patience, understanding, and how to work with his partner.

"There are going to be times where you disagree, there are going to be times where you get upset, but as long as you don't let your partner go to sleep unhappy with you…life is good," Ashar advises.

For Maheer, she believes that love means giving your partner the tools to help them grow, even if that means space.
