What we're looking for

A digital marketer with 4+ years of PPC/Paid Social experience
Strong experience marketing mobile apps
You’ll work alongside an experienced l team looking after Paid social and global PPC and organic search traffic across 14+ languages
You’ll be analytical and data-driven – working closely with our data science team to make smart decisions
Someone with a deep knowledge of the latest paid social and SEO trends – including an understanding of the technical side

Day to day

Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap and Apple Search Ads
Creating a global paid strategy
Running an experiment roadmap to help us understand what works best
Using AI/ML tools to oversee campaign and budget management as well as feeding and working on our systematic experimentation framework

Requirements

4+ years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing (agency or client-side), ideally with a focus on mobile acquisition
Able to commute to Aldgate, London at least twice a week for London based hire, otherwise fully remote
French or Arabic language skills would be a bonus
Strong understanding and previous experience using SQL
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google/Apple Ads (app campaigns a plus)
Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works – both web and mobile
Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
Eager to learn, you’ll bring passion and expertise to the exciting future we are building
