Why can’t I make a call?
Having trouble with voice or video calls on Muzz? Don’t worry, we’ll get you sorted!
Here are a few reasons why it might not be working and what to do:
- App Update: Make sure you’re on the latest version of the Muzz app – head to your app store and check for updates.
- Permissions: Double-check that Muzz has access to your microphone and camera in your phone settings (Settings > Apps > Muzz on Android, or Settings > Muzz on iPhone).
- Profile Status: Doesn’t matter if you’re a new or an existing member – as long as you have an active chat, you can enable call/video calling!
- Connection: A shaky internet signal can stop calls from connecting – try switching to stronger Wi-Fi or data.
