I’m not getting push notifications?

If match notifications aren’t coming through, let’s fix that!

First, check your phone settings: 

• iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications > Muzz and turn on “Allow Notifications”;
• Android, it’s Settings > Apps > Muzz > Notifications – ensure it’s enabled. 

We don’t want you missing any match excitement!

Next, force-close and reopen the app for a quick refresh. For iOS users, if that doesn’t work, make sure Do Not Disturb mode is off. 

Still no notifications? Sometimes a match deactivates or blocks after the alert, so they might not appear in your chats – but if they return, the chat will too.
