A shaky Wi-Fi or data connection can make the app act up. Switch to mobile data or restart your router to see if that helps. Some broadband parental controls might block Muzz too – try turning those off if you’re on Wi-Fi.
On iPhone, swipe up from the bottom and flick Muzz away.
Android, go to Settings > Apps > Muzz > Force Stop. Then relaunch it.
If it’s still freezing, restart your phone completely – it’s a quick reset that often works wonders.
On Android, head to Settings > Apps > Muzz > Storage > Clear Cache.
On iPhone, head to Settings > Muzz > Reset cache on next launch. (Then open the app).
This won’t delete your account, just the temporary glitchy stuff.
Check Settings > Storage (or iPhone Storage) and free up some room by deleting unused apps or files.
If none of these do the trick, reach out to us via the Help Centre. We’ll get it sorted for you! 😊💙
