How can I appeal my ban?
If you believe your account was banned by mistake, you can submit an appeal using the link shown when you try to log in.
We can’t review ban appeals sent by email or through customer support.
Every appeal is reviewed by our moderation team. We’ll carefully assess the information and evidence you provide before deciding whether the ban should remain in place.
The more detail you include with your appeal, the better. This helps us make a fair and informed decision.
Please note that all appeals must be submitted through the official appeals process.
Will my appeal always be accepted?
Not always.
If there is clear evidence of a serious breach of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, the ban will remain in place.
Appeals for polygamy bans
If your account was banned for polygamy, you’ll need to provide evidence that you are currently single or divorced when submitting your appeal.
If this evidence isn’t included, we won’t be able to review your appeal.
Appeals for age-related bans
If your account was banned because of your age, you’ll need to upload valid proof of age, such as:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Government-issued ID
If you don’t provide valid proof of age, we won’t be able to review your appeal.
