Why was my profile photo rejected?

If your main photo was rejected, don’t worry. This usually means it didn’t meet one of our photo requirements. These checks help us verify that every profile belongs to a real person and keep Muzz a safe and trusted place for everyone.

When uploading a new main photo, please make sure that:

• Your face is clearly visible. Avoid sunglasses, masks, or anything else that covers your face.
• Your face is close to the camera. Photos taken from too far away or where your face is only a small part of the image may be rejected.
• You are the only person in the photo. Group photos aren’t accepted as your main profile photo.
• The photo is clear and genuine. It shouldn’t be blurry, heavily filtered, AI-generated, or edited in a way that changes your appearance.
• The photo follows our Community Guidelines. It must be modest and not contain inappropriate content, such as topless photos, offensive gestures, or anything else that breaches our community standards.
• The photo matches your verification selfie. Your main photo should clearly show the same person as the selfie you submitted during verification.

If your photo doesn’t meet these requirements, simply upload a new one that does! Repeatedly submitting the same photo after it has already been rejected may result in warnings or a temporary ban on your account.
