Why do I need WhatsApp to verify my account?

In most cases, to verify your account, we’ll send your verification code through WhatsApp.

If you don’t already have WhatsApp installed, you’ll need to download it from the App Store or Google Play and set it up using the same phone number you’re using for your Muzz account.

Once WhatsApp is installed and ready to use, return to the Muzz app and request a new verification code. It should arrive shortly.
