How do I report someone?

If you ever feel uncomfortable or notice someone breaking the rules, reporting them is quick and easy!

Report a member’s Profile:

Go to their Profile
Scroll to the bottom
Select “Report”, and choose a reason
Add some necessary details
Submit!

Report a Chat with another member:

There are two ways to report someone on Muzz, depending on whether you want to report the entire chat or a specific message.

Report the entire Chat with another member:

Go to the Chats tab and open your chat with the member you want to report.
Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
Under Safety Options, select Report and Block.
Choose your reason for reporting and submit your report.

Report a specific message with the Chat:

Go to the Chats tab and open your Chat with the member.
Press and hold the message you want to report.
Select Report message.
Choose your reason for reporting and submit your report.

Our Trust & Safety team carefully reviews reports to help keep Muzz and Jamaa safe and respectful spaces for everyone. Reports are confidential, and the member won’t be notified that you reported them.
