No blue tick yet? It usually shows up minutes after approval, but if it’s lagging, try refreshing the app (force-close and reopen).
If it’s been a while – over a day – your documents might still be in review.
Please reach out if it’s been longer than a few days, it’s likely your ID submission has gone for manual review. Our team will ensure that it is reviewed asap!! 😊
