How do I delete my Muzz account?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Muzz offers a variety of options including profile hiding, temporary deactivation or permanent deletion.

To mark your Muzz account for deletion, go to Menu → Settings → Manage Account → Delete my Muzz Profile, and follow the steps from there.

This will delete your marriage profile but allow you to continue using Jamaa to find friends and connect with your community.

If you want to delete both Muzz and Jamaa, go to Menu → Settings → Manage Account → Select ‘Delete my account and all of my data’, and follow the steps from there.

If you have an active Gold subscription, please make sure to cancel it directly through your payment provider (e.g., Apple, Google Play, or Stripe) before deleting your account, as deletion alone does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
