Why was I charged after cancelling my subscription?
We’re sorry to hear this happened.
If you were charged after cancelling, it’s usually because your subscription was still active when the renewal payment was processed.
Here are a few things to check:
Did you cancel before your renewal date?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. To prevent your subscription from renewing, it must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your renewal date or the end of your free trial.
If you cancelled too close to the renewal date, the payment may already have been processed.
Did you receive a cancellation confirmation?
When you cancel through Stripe, Apple or Google Play, you should receive a confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation, your subscription may still be active.
Are you checking the correct account?
If you have multiple Apple IDs or Google accounts, your subscription may be linked to a different account than the one you’re currently viewing.
I cancelled in time but was still charged
If you’re confident you cancelled before the renewal date and were still charged, here’s what to do:
For Apple App Store purchases:
Please submit a request through Apple’s problem reporting service. Due to Apple’s policies, Muzz cannot cancel Apple subscriptions or issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
For Google Play, Stripe, Paymob, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or debit/credit card purchases:
Please contact our Support Team through the Muzz app for the fastest response. If you can’t access the app, you can email [email protected].
Please always include a screenshot of your payment receipt – we may not be able to investigate without it.
I deleted my Muzz account. Why was I still charged?
Deleting or deactivating your Muzz account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the platform you used to subscribe. If they aren’t cancelled, they’ll continue to renew according to the subscription terms.
