Help & Support | why was-i-charged-after-cancelling-my-subscription

Why was I charged after cancelling my subscription?

If you were charged after canceling, it’s likely because your subscription was still active when the charge went through.

Here are a few things to double-check:
  1. Did you cancel before your renewal date?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. If you canceled too close to the renewal date, the payment might have already been processed.
  2. Did you receive a cancellation confirmation?
Make sure you get confirmation from Apple or Google Play. If not, your subscription might still be active.
  3. Are you checking the right account?
If you have multiple Apple IDs or Google accounts, the charge could be linked to a different one.
If you’re sure you canceled in time, but were still charged – Here’s what to do:

For iOS purchases, visit Apple’s problem reports page.

For Google Play purchases, email us at [email protected] with the email you signed up with, and we’ll advise.

For Stripe, Jazzcash, Easypaisa, Paymob or Debit/Credit card purchases, please email us at [email protected] with the email you signed up with, and we’ll advise.

Still unsure? Drop us a message in the app or email us – we’re happy to help! 😊
