We’re sorry to hear you are cancelling your Muzz Gold membership. Please note that Apple/Google handle all subscriptions, and Muzz is regrettably unable to intervene.
Deactivating or deleting your Muzz account does not automatically cancel any subscriptions.
Free trials must be cancelled up to 24 hours before they expire to avoid automatic renewal
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → iTunes & App Store
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
Tap View Apple ID, you might need to sign in or use Touch ID
Tap Subscriptions and Muzz Gold
Use the options to manage your subscription
You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription
If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle
Launch the Google Play Store app
Tap ☰ Menu → Subscriptions and tap on Muzz
Tap Cancel and Yes to confirm the cancellation
Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Canceled
Launch the Muzz app
Go to Menu → Settings → Account → Manage purchases
Tap ‘Credit or Debit Card’ and a new browser window will open with a URL starting ‘billing.stripe.com’
Find your current plan, tap ‘Cancel plan’
