As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll lead a fully equipped squad of designers, engineers and data scientists, to build out your own growth roadmap all with the goal of obsessing around a singular north star. You'll be in control of your own destiny and get to really go to town on growing all aspects of our already successful product.
A proven Product Manager. Someone with a strong track record helping apps position, launch and grow their products
A capable storyteller. Someone who can take a complex feature and turn it into something simple our members can be hyped for
This role is perfect for someone who’s worked in app product teams before but wants more direction of product strategy
We’re growing rapidly in Europe, MENA and South Asia - you’ll have experience working on international app products
You’re organised and structured, but this is a fast-paced startup - things change and we’ll need to change with them
A data wizard. Someone who collaborates with data science to underpin and influence key decisions.
Familiar with internal processes and understands how they affect a users experience
Strong prowess in experiment ideation, prioritisation and roadmap planning.
Someone who isn't obsessed about needless process - ability to be agile
You’ll lead a squad of experienced professionals of all skillsets - including marketing, engineering, data science and design and operate as a nimble but effective growth team.
Drill into our user journeys to figure out how we can make it easier for our members to find love (and pay us)
Work on new products - there are so many exciting things coming to Muzz in 2023
Follow up on features and fixes post launch to ensure their success, working in fortnightly sprints
Making sure anything we ship will work for the cultures and languages we work in
Lead brainstorms, formulate roadmaps to help your squad hit their north star goals
Make strong decisions backed by a very capable data science team
Prioritisation, unblocking and focus is how you're successful here
Awareness & Acquisition - You'll work closely with digital and brand marketers on events, influencers, out of home advertising, digital advertising, brand campaigns etc
Retention - You'll be vital in helping us understand regional markets and how we can improve the app experience in ways unique to them
Revenue - You'll help us experiment with ideas to drive revenue growth and maybe even find new products for the regions you own
3+ years of product experience (ideally in startups - corporates can be abit too 'corporate' for us)
Proven experience growing apps/metrics - ideally around customer acquisition, revenue and retention
Confident and proactive using data to make key decisions
Strong storyteller - you’ll be able to communicate effectively to your squad and work as a team
Bonus: Cultural understanding of our audience and their specific needs
Bonus: Previous dating or social networking app experience
Bonus: Fluency in Arabic, German, French, Dutch, Turkish or Urdu
