A detail-oriented, attentive and efficient team member
Someone with a positive, helpful approach to dealing with member enquiries
Someone who is comfortable around dealing with spikes in activity and workload
Someone who takes pride in ensuring users respect the platform and other members
Option to work weekends in lieu of weekdays on occasion
Minimum of 40 hours work per week, your working hours are flexible
Join our growing Community team, delivering exceptional and prompt support to our global community of members
Act as the first point of contact for our members, taking ownership of member's reports and acting as an intermediary between our community and technical teams
Advocate communicating in a safe and halal manner, ensuring all of our behaviour guidelines are being met by our members
Provide excellent customer service across all of our communication channels, including emails, in-app messages and social media
Moderation of member-to-member reports
Triage, investigate and escalate any reported software issues
Ensure reports are responded to in a timely manner and performance targets are met
English as a first language
Excellent written communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a high volume, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work independently, following best practice and as a contributing team member
Strong empathy and resilience
Customer service background is preferable
