We are wholly committed to building a safe and positive space for the Muzz community.
Every report made by our members is personally investigated by a member of the team and action immediately taken, once sufficient evidence is found.Members who behave inappropriately are either:
Issued a formal warning regarding their conduct
Temporarily locked out of their account
In the most severe cases, our team may issue a permanent block to the member’s account, meaning they will never be able to use Muzz again.
In these instances, neither their email address or phone number can be re-used.
