To ensure your refund request is handled as smoothly as possible, Muzz offers a range of refund channels:
1. Go to Apple’s problem reports page, reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Login with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password
3. Select the Apps tab
4. Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase you want a refund for
5. Click on Choose Problem and select your problem from the menu
Apple should respond to all refund requests within a week to advise whether your request was approved.
For refunds on purchases via the Google Play Store please email our Community Team at [email protected] to request a refund.
