How do I fix the app crashing or freezing?
If your Muzz app is crashing, freezing, or not responding, don’t worry! 💙 Follow these simple troubleshooting steps to help get things running smoothly again.
1. Check your internet connection
A weak or unstable connection can affect how the app works. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that helps. If you’re using Wi-Fi, check whether your broadband parental controls or network settings might be blocking Muzz.
2. Close and reopen the Muzz app
-iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to open the App Switcher. Find Muzz and swipe up on the app preview to close it. If your iPhone has a Home button, double-click it to open the App Switcher instead.
-Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Muzz → Force stop. Confirm if prompted, then reopen the app.
If the issue continues, try restarting your phone.
3. Clear the app cache
Clearing the cache can help resolve issues caused by temporary files.
-Phone: Go to Settings → Muzz → Reset cache on next launch. Then open the Muzz app.
-Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Muzz → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear cache. The exact menu names may vary depending on your device.
Clearing the cache should not delete your Muzz account.
4. Check your phone’s available storage
If your phone is running low on storage, it may affect app performance.
