At Muzz, we limit users to five active conversations at any one time – Gold members are allowed up to 10.
This feature is designed to help eliminate ghosting and encourage you to focus on your matches, and more meaningful connections.
How It Works:
Starting Conversations: Send a message to someone in your Matches, and they will be moved to your active chats list.
Reaching the Limit: Once you have reached your maximum active chats limit, you won’t be able to browse for new profiles. This encourages you to concentrate on your current interactions.
Opening New Slots: To start new conversations or browse for more matches, you’ll need to unmatch with one of your existing conversations, reducing your active chats below five.
This approach ensures that each interaction receives the attention it deserves, promoting genuine and focused engagements.
