Why am I seeing people outside my preferences?

Noticed some matches that don’t quite fit your preferences? Don’t worry, there’s a reason! 

On Muzz, your filters – like age or location – shape who you see, but once we’ve shown you all the profiles that match 100%, we’ll start showing folks who are close, but not exact (think 99% or 98% matches). 

Gold members get Search Priorities too, which rank profiles by compatibility, but we still prioritize Gold users or people who’ve liked you – so they might pop up even if they’re slightly outside your settings.
