I can’t browse for new matches, it’s locked. How do I unlock this page to see more matches?

To combat ghosting, we recently introduced a new feature that pauses your Marriage and Explore tabs, preventing you from exploring any new matches until you’ve messaged your current matches.

To view your Marriage and Explore tabs again, all you have to do is send your matches a thoughtful message of at least 30 characters… or, un-match them.

As soon as you send an initial message, these tabs unlock, and you’re free to continue searching for potential matches!
