Can I pause my account instead of deleting it?

Need a break but not ready to say goodbye? You can totally pause your Muzz account instead of deleting it!

Here’s the deal:

• Go to Settings in the app and select ‘Leave Muzz’.

• Select your reason for leaving & add some detail please

• Then select delete or deactivate.

• Tap on ‘Deactivate account’. This hides your profile from everyone (even your matches) while keeping your info safe.

• When you’re ready to jump back in, just log in again – your account, chats, and matches will be right where you left them!

  It’s a perfect way to take a breather without losing everything.
