Can I go through Selfie verification at sign-up if I wear a niqab or hijab?

Absolutely! You can complete selfie verification however you normally dress.

If you wear a niqab or hijab, your face will need to be fully visible in your verification selfie so we can confirm your identity. Your verification photo is only reviewed by our female Trust & Safety team, so no man will ever see it.

Your verification selfie is never shown on your profile and is only used to verify your account and help keep Muzz a safe, genuine community.

If you prefer, you can choose to blur your profile photos to all members from your Settings > Profile Photo Visibility > Blur my photos. When you feel comfortable, you can reveal them to a specific match at a time that works for you. To do this, open the Chat, tap the top right menu, and select Reveal photos.

You can also choose to hide your whole profile at any time in Settings > Profile Visibility > Hide me from everyone.
