Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility - The ‘Pay for my wedding / Pay for my Nikah’ campaign is open to legal residents of all countries and states, where Muzz is available. Entrants must be over 18 years of age in order to qualify at the time of application, and must provide proof that the partner with which they’ve entered the giveaway is their current and only partner who they met on Muzz. They must also be verified as Muzz members and met on Muzz. Eligible persons must consent to disclosing where and how the entirety of the $20000 from Muzz was spent in addition to allowing Muzz to film their wedding/engagement/event and forego any legal claims on creative copy, licences or trademark whereby the final content is published on our social media pages/within the app. The entirety of the money will be released, only once the marketing material from said event has been published.
• In order to win the $20000 you and your partner must agree to allowing Muzz to film and document your entire wedding process, by way of example and by no means limitation, the couple’s Muzz story, the engagement, getting ready before the wedding, the wedding itself, interviews with the bride/groom as well as family and friends, follow up filming up to 2 years later.
• To be eligible, you and your partner must also agree to act as a ‘Muzz Ambassadors’ for a year from the prize announcement date. This includes but is not limited to, being available for any press requests, social media campaigns, photoshoots.
• This giveaway is subject to the federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Multiple entries by the same member or cases where members have fabricated stories or assumed identities of other persons will be considered ineligible.
• Agreement to Rules: Bthis giveaway, you and your partner agree to abide by Muzz’s official rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. Muzz reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time if the members no longer represent Muzz’s company values, or are no longer together at the time of claiming the prize. By entering this giveaway, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of the contest fully, and if you do not comply forfeit the $20000 prize.
• The campaign begins on the 29th June 2023 at 5 pm GMT and the final entry will be accepted up to 1 December 2023 at 5pm GMT. Muzz retains the right to close the campaign at any time. The prize winner will be revealed on Muzz’s social media.
• The prize is non-transferrable. If the winner fails to acknowledge receipt of the prize and comply to the above conditions within 24 hours of being selected, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. The prize may also be forfeited in cases, where a nikkah/engagement/event does not occur within 6 months from the announcement date, another winner will be selected at the discretion of the Muzz team. If the couple decide to withdraw consent from any filming or marketing material, the couple will no longer be eligible to receive the $20000 prize allocated by Muzz.
• Entries to be submitted by filling in the form fully on muzz.com/en-US/payformywedding, submit a 1 minute video with both partners discussing their Muzz story and take part in any screener calls or followups by the marketing team at Muzz.
• By submitting your entry you agree to be contacted by Muzz’s marketing department for other opportunities.
• By submitting your entry you agree to Muzz storing and processing your personal information and submitted video, and using them for marketing purposes.
• By submitting your entry you agree to your video entry to be used for any marketing purposes for Muzz.
• By way of example and by no means limitation, the form entries may be used in connection with Entrant lists, news feeds, emails, notifications, message boards, forums, blogs,blasts, online social community network profiles/groups/platforms, periodicals, magazines, news reports,websites, programming channels, broadcast and any other means of public display and performance, and other uses which may incorporate Muzz’s property and branding (including promotional materials such as banners, photos, logos, trademarks, audio-visual content, etc.).
• Accordingly, each Entrant hereby expressly grants Muzz a worldwide, perpetual,irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, sublicensable and transferable right and license to use,reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, exhibit,create derivative works, modify and promote any and all Postings in, on, through and in connection withany and all now known or hereafter devised, discovered or developed forms of media, products, platformsand services, without notice and without compensation, right of inspection, royalty, accounting, liability orobligation of any kind to any Entrant or any other third party.
