How can I get a copy of my chat messages with someone?

At Muzz, we understand how important it is to own your personal data. That’s why we offer every member the option to download full chat transcripts.

Export your chat

If your match is still an active user, you can quickly download a copy of your chat by following these steps:

1. Tap on the chat bubble icon in the bottom bar

2. Tap on your desired chat

3. Tap on the three dots in the top bar

4. Tap “Export Chat”

You will automatically receive the full chat history to your registered email address.

Need support?

If your match is no longer active, please contact our community team with their Name and Age. Our team will then send your message transcripts to your registered email address.
