We’re looking for an ambitious performance marketer with experience in PPC and ASO to take us to the next level.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing (multi-skilled), ideally for an app-based business where your output is data-driven (we look at numbers every day)
- Must be fluent in Turkish and bonus if you can understand/speak German!
- An enthusiastic, forward-thinking and data-driven digital marketer to join us and help us grow as a business and grow your market (high degree of autonomy)
- You have a strong technical understanding of techstack such as: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Semrush, Apple Store Connect, Google Play Console and project-management tools
- You will be a multi-skilled marketer that has creative flair and an inclination for creating content and/or working with influencers (think social media content), including skills in: social media, paid ads, data analysis, working with external partners and copywriting
- You will need to be very hands-on and operative (executional) from day one, this role entails growing your country (Türkiye) with the support and resources of the entire team, from data science to video and design
- You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn, upskill, try out new things and figure everything out as you see fit (no two days are the same!)
- A basic understanding of the current online advertising ecosystem – including mobile attribution
- Good people AND project management skills – you’ll need to work with multiple teams, stakeholders and partners across multiple countries
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Apple, TikTok and other DSPs
- You will have some experience running app store optimisation campaigns or be able to pick it up quickly (don’t worry, we’ll train/upskill you too!)
- Ability to communicate well is a must, you will be working cross-functionally with digital marketers, brand/content marketers, regional PMs, studio/design, data and dev teams
Day to day
- Your direct report will be with our Digital Marketing Lead, while also reporting to our Global Marketing Lead
- You’ll collaboratively devise and implement the growth of your country’s user base, from a digital marketing perspective (including IRL/offline: OOH, working with influencers, events-based initiatives)
- Manage the optimisation and implementation of experiments across paid ads and app store optimisation
