• Do I need the Muzz app to buy a ticket?

  Yes – to help us ensure verified members attend, and also to help ensure an even gender ratio at our events, all tickets are exclusive to Muzz members. So download the app and create your profile for free. It takes two minutes. Once done – head over to Menu → Events to grab your ticket!

• How do I purchase an event ticket on the Muzz app?

  Tap the buy a ticket button – if you don't already have the Muzz app it'll direct you to download it.

  Create your Muzz profile quickly and easily – don't worry, it won't cost a thing and ensures you'll be able to browse all attendees after the event.

  Once done, head over to Menu → Events to purchase your ticket.

  After the event, the guest list will be unlocked and you’ll be able to match and chat with attendees in the app.

• Did you see someone you like at the event and want to chat?

  Your privacy is important to us – there’s no need to swap phone numbers.

  Use your Muzz QR code (Menu → Share my QR code) to instantly match and chat after the event.

• What if I didn’t get their details during the event?

  No worries – head to the Events section in the app and browse the unlocked guest list to reconnect.

• Please note, you may be photographed or recorded at the event. By attending, you grant Muzz permission to use this material for promotional purposes.
• NO REFUNDS – To avoid empty spots and ensure fairness, all ticket sales are final.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry if you’re blocked on Muzz or bought the incorrect gender ticket – no refunds will be issued.
• Personal items are brought at your own risk. Muzz and the venue are not responsible for any losses.
• No promoting other events, groups, or clubs – violators will be removed and banned from future Muzz events.
• Anyone who is disrespectful, aggressive, or makes others uncomfortable will be removed and may be blocked permanently from the Muzz app.
