How do I change the location shown on my profile?
How location works
Muzz automatically updates to your phone’s GPS location, each time you open the app.
Your privacy matters
We will never share any of your personal data. Likewise, we will never show your exact location and only display the nearest, largest town.
How does Travel Pass work?
Travel Pass lets you explore profiles and be seen by members in another country for 24 hours. It’s a great way to start making connections before a trip, explore somewhere you may be moving to, or simply broaden your search for the right person.
How do I use Travel Pass?
You can find Travel Pass from the Menu tab. Tap Learn more on the Travel Pass card to find out more and activate your pass.
Once activated, choose the country you’d like to explore. Your profile will be shown in your selected destination, and you’ll be able to discover members there too.
Your Travel Pass lasts for 24 hours from the time you activate it.
Can I change my Travel Pass location?
Yes! While your Travel Pass is active, you can change your destination as many times as you like at no extra cost.
Simply:
- Go to the Menu tab.
- Find your active Travel Pass and tap Change.
- Choose your new destination on the map.
- Tap the pink location button to confirm.
Your destination will update straight away.
Changing your location does not restart your 24-hour Travel Pass. Your original countdown will continue, so you can make the most of the time you have left.
Can other members see that I’m using Travel Pass?
Yes. While your pass is active, a Using Travel Pass label will appear on your profile when other members discover you.
This helps members understand that you’re currently exploring profiles in their location, even if you’re not physically there yet.
What happens when my Travel Pass ends?
Your Travel Pass will automatically expire 24 hours after it was activated. There’s nothing you need to do to end it.
Ready to see who’s out there? Head to the Menu tab in Muzz to explore Travel Pass.
