How can I get a copy of my chat messages with someone?

At Muzz, we understand how important it is to own your personal data. That’s why we offer every member the option to download full chat transcripts.

If your match is still an active user, you can quickly download a copy of your chat history by following these steps:

1. Tap the Chat icon in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Open the chat with your desired match.
3. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top navigation bar.
4. Select Export Chat.
5. When the confirmation screen appears, tap the Export Chat button to confirm.

Your full chat history will be sent automatically to your registered email address.

Need support?

If your match is no longer active, please contact our support team with their Name and Age. Our team will then send your message transcripts to your registered email address.
