• Do I need the Muzz app to buy a ticket?

  Yep – all tickets are for verified Muzz members only, which helps us ensure a safe, secure, and balanced event. Download the app and create your profile — it’s free and takes 2 minutes. Then head to Menu → Events to grab your spot.

• How do I purchase an event ticket?

  Once you’ve downloaded the Muzz app, tap “Events” in the menu and grab your ticket from there.

  Your app profile helps us make sure everyone attending is single and ready to mingle — and you’ll be able to view the guestlist and match afterward too.

• How do I reconnect with someone from the event?

  Don’t stress. You can match via your Muzz QR code (Menu → Share my QR code), or just head to the Events tab afterward to browse the unlocked guestlist and reconnect.

• Is it okay to come alone?

  Absolutely. A lot of people do — and we promise you won’t feel alone for long. Our team is there to help everyone feel included and make new connections.

• You may be photographed or filmed during the event. By attending, you grant Muzz permission to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• All ticket sales are final — no refunds.
• Entry may be refused if you're blocked on Muzz or purchased the wrong gender ticket. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
• No promoting other apps, events, or services — violators will be removed and banned from future events.
• Anyone behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave and may be permanently blocked from the Muzz platform.
