What happens if I purchase a ticket but cannot attend an event?

We understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, don’t worry! If you’ve paid for a Muslim Speed Dating ticket and you can’t attend - all you have to do is unsubscribe from the event before it starts and you’ll be given credit to redeem towards another event of your choice.

To unsubscribe from an event you just have to tap on the event details, tap the 3 dots at the top of the screen and then tap cancel event.
