We’re looking for an experienced iOS engineer to lead our iOS team, you’ll be leading a 7 team of iOS engineers and helping to drive best practices, work with our squads on delivering key company initiatives and be hands on contributing to projects directly. As the iOS lead you will work with the team on architecture, ways of working and tackling technical debt.

What you'll accomplish
- Lead a team of 7 iOS engineers
- Work with the iOS team to drive best coding practices, good architecture and great ways of working.
- Contribute through our AppCore squad on foundational work and developer experience to enable us to release features faster, reduce technical debt and increase developer satisfaction
- Ensure high quality work and releases by the team so that our members always get a high quality experience
- Support the QA automation team to create and maintain a set of high quality automation tests
- Keep on top of changes in the iOS ecosystem that will impact us like new OS versions and work to mitigate them
- Stay up to date with new opportunities in the iOS ecosystem
Must haves
- 5+ years creating iOS apps in Swift
- 1+ years leading an iOS team
- Experience developing and maintaining iOS apps from requirements to the App Store
- Extensive mentoring experience
- Solid architecture experience
- Ability to iterate quickly on wireframes across multiple feature areas
- Understanding of SOLID principles and meticulous code quality
- A product focused engineer
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Willing to learn new skills and really get stuck in
- Bags of common sense with the raw ability and energy to make things happen, a real entrepreneurial spirit

- XCUITest and automation testing
- A love of the iOS Human Interface Guidelines
