• Eligibility - The ‘One in 5 million’ campaign is open to legal residents of all countries and states, where muzmatch is available. Entrants must be over 18 years of age in order to qualify at the time of application, and must provide proof that the partner with which they’ve entered the giveaway is their current and only partner who they met on muzmatch. Eligible persons must consent to disclosing where and how the entirety of the $5000 from muzmatch was spent in addition to allowing muzmatch to film their Nikkah/engagement/event and forego any legal claims on creative copy, licences or trademark whereby the final content is published on our social media pages/within the app. The entirety of the monies will be released, only once the marketing material from said event has been published.

• This giveaway is subject to the federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Multiple entries by the same member or cases where members have fabricated stories or assumed identities of other persons will be considered ineligible.

• Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, you and your partner agree to abide by muzmatch’s official rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. muzmatch reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time if the members no longer represent muzmatch’s company values, or are no longer together at the time of claiming the prize. By entering this giveaway, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of the contest fully, and if you do not comply forfeit the $5000 prize.

• The ‘One in 5 million’ campaign begins on the 5th December 2021 at 5 pm GMT and the final entry will be accepted on 25th December 2021 at 5 pm GMT. On 26th December 2021, the prize winner will be revealed on our socials.

• The prize is non-transferrable. If the winner fails to acknowledge receipt of the prize and comply to the above conditions within 24 hours of being selected, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. The prize may also be forfeited in cases, where a nikkah/engagement/event does not occur within 6 months from the announcement date on the 26th December 2021, another winner will be selected at the discretion of the muzmatch team. If the couple decide to withdraw consent from filming last minute or any day deemed last minute by the marketing team of said company, the couple will no longer be eligible to receive the $5000 prize allocated by  muzmatch.
