We're looking for an ambitious, organised and creative marketer who’s tuned into global Muslim cultures. You’ll play a massive role in transforming how 2 billion Muslims around the world meet and marry.
An enthusiastic and ambitious brand marketer with 7+ years experience growing consumer startup brands
The lead role is based in London with a global ambition - ideally you’ll have strong connections to Muslim cultures around the world

Being data-savvy is key to success at Muzz - you’re someone who can prioritise work based on its impact AND use data to prove it
You’ll already have proven experience managing a marketing team
You have experience in the performance marketing side of things like paid ads, SEO, ASO etc and can work with our Lead Digital Marketing Specialist
Someone who would thrive on travelling regularly to our different markets to meet users, partners, and influencers
You’ll report to the CEO and work with them to set quarterly marketing priorities for each of our key regions. Together you’ll measure the impact of the marketing team on building awareness and driving installs
You’ll lead a team of Country/Region Marketing Managers to ensure the Muzz brand is growing in key regions. You’ll help set their priorities, guide their campaign execution and they’ll help you understand what’s most important in their owned regions
You’ll work on multiple channels including social & content, out of home advertising, PR, events, digital ads, influencers and more
You’ll be the guardian of Muzz’s brand and tone of voice - everything from how we look to how we talk
You'll collaborate with Performance Marketing and Product Growth teams daily to drive brand awareness and conversion
You'll own the end to end delivery of our global marketing campaigns and be the glue to ensure our brand is positioned correctly
7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing global campaigns
Experience working in fast-paced consumer tech - ideally Series B scale-ups
Fluent in written and spoken English - bonus if you can speak Arabic, French, German, Turkish or Urdu
Must be able to travel regularly for events in the UK and once a quarter overseas
Proven track record showing you understand how brands can be effective IRL and online
Confidence with data and using it to make decisions
Experience managing marketing teams, and working with Performance Marketing and Product teams
Good project management and communication skills. You'll need to work with global teams across multiple timezones
Hybrid office: Mandatory Tuesdays and Thursdays in the London office
