How do I get a refund?

To ensure your refund request is handled as smoothly as possible, Muzz offers a range of refund channels:

Purchased via App Store (iOS)

1. Go to Apple's problem reports page, reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Login with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password

3. Select the Apps tab

4. Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase you want a refund for

5. Click on Choose Problem and select your problem from the menu

Apple should respond to all refund requests within a week to advise whether your request was approved.

Purchased via Google Play Store (Android)

For refunds on purchases via the Google Play Store please email our Community Team at [email protected] to request a refund.

Please contact us from the email address registered on your Muzz account in order for the team to respond to your query sooner.

Purchased via card payment (Android)

Please email our Community Team at [email protected] to request a refund. You must email from the same email address you log into Muzz with.
