We're looking for an ambitious marketer who is fluent in German to join the team, and take us to the next level.
We're looking for
This role is perfect for someone who already has some marketing management experience under their belt, and is looking to grow their skillsets at a fast-paced startup
A creative thinker - you're brimming with ideas and not afraid of testing and experimenting them
A great storyteller who is fluent in German (BONUS: If you can speak Turkish or Dutch)
Someone confident using data to make impactful decisions
Focus on growth
Awareness & Acquisition - You'll work closely with our digital marketers and brand teams on events, influencers, out of home advertising, digital advertising, brand campaigns etc
Retention - You'll be vital in helping us understand the German market and how we can improve the app experience in ways unique to them
Revenue - You'll help us experiment with ideas to drive revenue growth and maybe even find new products for German users
Requirements
2+ years marketing experience in German
Fluent in written and spoken German (BONUS: If you can fluently speak and write Turkish or Dutch)
Experience working in fast-paced consumer tech or consumer brands
Proven track record showing you understand how brands can be effective IRL and online
A strong understanding of Muslim culture - either lived or learned
Good project management and communication skills. You'll need to work with teams across multiple timezones
