How do I get a refund?
Itâs an easy process, but will vary depending on how you paid, but donât worry â weâll guide you through it!
Paid via Apple?
Only Apple can issue a refund â this policy is not specific to Muzz and applies to any in-app purchase that you make on your device through Apple Pay. Youâll need to reach out to Apple directly to request a refund, but donât worry, this process should be easy!
Hereâs how to do it:
- Go to Appleâs problem reports page, reportaproblem.apple.com
- Login with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password
- Select the Apps tab
- Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase you want a refund for
- Click on Choose Problem and select your problem from the menu
Apple tends to respond to all refund requests within a week, advising on whether your request was approved, or not, and what next steps you can expect.
Paid via Google?
To request a refund for a purchase made via Google Play, please contact us directly on the app.
In the meantime, please ensure you have cancelled your subscription, following the instructions below, to avoid being charged again for the following month:
- Launch the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Menu â Subscriptions and tap on Muzz.
- Tap Cancel and Yes to confirm the cancellation. Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Cancelled.
Once a refund has been confirmed via our support team, please allow up to 10 working days for it to be processed by your bank.
Paid via debit/credit card, Stripe, Jazzcash, Easypaisa, or Mobile Wallets?
Please contact our Support Team through the Muzz app for the fastest response. If you canât access the app, you can email [email protected].
Please always include a screenshot of your payment receipt â we may not be able to issue a refund without it.
