How do I report inappropriate behaviour on Muzz?

If you ever feel uncomfortable or notice someone breaking the rules, reporting them is quick and easy!

Report someone’s profile:

1. Go to their profile
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Select “Report”, bottom right, and choose a reason
4. Add some necessary details
5. Submit!

Report a chat with another member:

There are a couple ways to do this…

1. Go to the Chats tab, and select the person you’d like to report.
2. Once on the chat, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner. 
3. Select ‘Report and Block’ from the Safety Options, and choose your reason.
4. Submit!
   

Or, report a specific message you received:

1. Go to the Chats tab, and select the person you’d like to report.
2. Once on the chat, hold down on the offensive message. 
3. Select ‘Report message’ from the Safety Options, and choose your reason.
4. Submit!

Our team reviews all reports carefully to keep Muzz a safe and respectful space for everyone.

Your report stays completely anonymous, so the person won’t know you reported them.
