We’re looking for a Videographer to craft fast-paced, story-driven content that connects with audiences and grows the Muzz brand globally. Reporting into the Global Creative Manager, you’ll work closely with our Studio, Performance and Marketing teams to create videos that are dynamic, engaging, and unmistakably Muzz.

You’ll own projects end-to-end — from concept and filming to edit and delivery – always balancing creativity with impact.

This role is hybrid and requires you to work from our Aldgate office in London every Tuesday and Thursday.

  • Curiosity and growth: You’re always learning new tools, experimenting with formats and pushing creative boundaries.

Day to day

Join our creative team of 5 designers and help us shape the next chapter of Muzz’s visual storytelling.

  • Conceptualise, film and edit short-form videos for paid, organic and social channels.
  • Collaborate with the Studio, Performance and Marketing teams to deliver high-performing creative across multiple markets.
  • Analyse performance of paid ads and use insights to refine future content.
  • Research and test new video trends, transitions and editing techniques to keep Muzz content ahead of the curve.
  • Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap to trial new creative approaches and formats.
  • Use transitions, dynamic subtitles and motion graphics to make content distinctive and on-brand.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in videography or video editing.
  • Based in the UK and able to attend our London (Aldgate) office at least twice a week.
  • Proven experience creating short-form video for growth channels in B2C or B2B settings.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable camera operating experience across studio and on-location shoots.
  • Strong grasp of storytelling, colour correction and sound design.
  • Advanced skills in transitions, dynamic subtitles and motion graphics.
  • Experience using performance data to guide creative decisions.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, creative startup environment.
  • Access to high-speed internet (our work is cloud-based).

Bonus Points:

  • Comfortable being on camera.
  • If you also have experience in graphic design or motion design alongside videography.
  • Experience working closely with brand strategists or data-led marketing teams.
  • Understanding of Muslim audiences and culture.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
  • Speak another language.
